The House Manager is responsible for coordinating the home crew and responsibilities for the upkeep of the farmhouse in order to maintain a peaceful, clean, and sanitary home environment. The Horticulturalist will take a lead role in caring for the natural enviornment in our neighborhood. This work will involve maintaining our gardens and orchards as well as leading volunteers in our local park to erradicate invasive species and plant native plants and trees. A degree is not required. As a Sojourner at Jerusalem Farm you will be welcomed as a temporary member of our community. We are seeking individuals who would like to fully participate in our community for a minimum of one month. While a part of our community you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our Farm. You will also be considered retreat leaders and mentors while volunteers enter into our community for week long service retreats. For a full description and application, please see the forms below.
